Cooper Smith, leasing and brokerage associate at J.H. Berry & Gilbert, recently was quoted in articles by AL.com and the Birmingham Business Journal regarding Ashley Mac’s new location in Homewood. In January, the restaurant will open its fourth Birmingham location in the SoHo area. The 4,580-square-foot Ashley Mac’s space will seat about 100 guests inside, with room on the patio for another 40 to 45 diners. Cooper represented the landlord during the sale of the building. “We believe Ashley Mac’s is a great fit for the SoHo area, as the restaurant’s clientele matches the demographic downtown Homewood has traditionally attracted,” Smith said. “We are excited to see their continued success in Birmingham with the opening of the Homewood location in January.” Read AL.com article here.
