We are excited to welcome project managers, Hunter Hospes and Will Hollingsworth to our growing team at J.H. Berry. Hunter will oversee building management for the firm’s properties including office buildings, retail properties, industrial properties and bank facilities, ensuring the appropriate maintenance and repair of facilities in a timely manner. Will specializes in handling tenant relations and overseeing tenant and capital improvements across J.H. Berry’s portfolio of owned and managed properties. His work will consist of managing financial and operating activities for office, industrial and healthcare properties.
