Philip Currie, president at J.H. Berry, and Bill Gunn, senior vice president, recently were recognized in the Birmingham Business Journal for their role in a transaction that saw the former Western Supermarket’s headquarters sell to Twin Construction.
Philip and Bill represented the owner of the former supermarket’s corporate building. The property is located at 2614 19th Street South and is visible from U.S. 31 and U.S. 280. This visibility in a highly trafficked area has earned it recognition as the “gateway of Homewood.”
