Sherwood Forest Partners LLC, a group of local investors, recently purchased the 14,162-square-foot office building located at 2545 Highland Avenue South for $2.1 million. J.H. Berry & Gilbert represented both the buyer and seller during the transaction, with Philip Currie, SIOR, CCIM, president, representing the seller and Edwin Moss, CCIM, CPM, executive vice president, representing the buyer. The building currently is fully leased, with tenants including Highland Associates and TIAA.
