Jamie Phillips, condominium association manager at J.H. Berry & Gilbert Multi-Family, Inc., oversees the condominium management division. Jamie has a deep understanding of the nuances, opportunities and challenges that are associated with each type of condominium property.
Career Experience & Accomplishments
Prior to joining J.H. Berry, Jamie was a member of a private real estate holding company where she specialized in property acquisitions, renovation and sales. Jamie began her career as an accountant at Protective Life Corporation. She is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, a candidate for the Association Management Specialist, a member of the Community Associations Institute and is a licensed real estate agent.
Jamie received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College, as well as her Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Jamie is currently a junior board member of the Exceptional Foundation and an active member of the Church of the Highlands. Jamie is involved with mission work through her church, including traveling to Nepal with the Church of Highlands. She has served as a volunteer firefighter and is a community volunteer for Susan G. Komen and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. She enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan while enjoying backpacking, hiking, whitewater kayaking and a variety of additional outdoor pursuits.
