Career Experiences & Accomplishments
Prior to joining J.H. Berry, Will served as general manager for a commercial waste management firm in Atlanta, Amerisouth Recycling and Consulting Services. During his tenure with Amerisouth he successfully increased the company’s net profit margin by reducing operating expenses and increasing inbound material sales volumes. Additionally, Will served as the managing member for Green River Land Holdings LLC, where he executed marketing strategy to identify target investments and oversaw acquisition and disposition.
Will graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in commerce and business administration, with distinction.
Will is a member of Rotaract Club and Boy Scouts of America, where he received the Eagle Scout Award in 2004. He is also a member of the Glenwood Junior Board of Directors and the Coastal Conservation Association Birmingham Chapter Board of Directors. Most of his recreational spare time is spent towing his drift boat around the Southeast in search of trophy trout with a fly rod.
