Errol Langton, Property Manager, brings more than 25 years of experience in technology, business operations, hospitality leadership, and customer service to JH Berry. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strong relationships, improving business processes, and leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. His primary focus is building trusted partnerships with property owners, tenants, and vendors while delivering responsive, professional service.
Career Experience & Accomplishments
Prior to joining JH Berry, Joe served as the director of visitor experience for Vulcan Park and Museum, where he managed the facilities team, guest services and group events. Prior to that Joe was part of the opening team for the Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort and the Grand Bohemian Mountain Brook. He also spent time with Biltmore Estate and Gaylord Hotel in Nashville, TN.
Interests
Outside of work, Errol enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, tackling hands-on technology and property projects, and continually learning new skills. He also enjoys golf—although, unfortunately, his aspirations of becoming a professional golfer continue to elude him.
