Cooper Smith Quoted in Birmingham Business Journal Regarding Homewood’s 18th Street Corridor

Cooper Smith, leasing and brokerage associate at J.H. Berry & Gilbert, recently was quoted in an article by the Birmingham Business Journal regarding the flurry of retail leasing activity in Homewood’s 18^th Street Corridor, one of Birmingham’s most popular suburbs. In the article, Cooper discussed how the redevelopment process along the remainder of 18^th Street heading toward Vulcan will enable the city and developers the opportunity to attract new businesses or relocate existing successful users that need to expand in size.
