J.H. Berry Executive Vice President Edwin Moss and Leasing and Brokerage Associate Jake Bottcher were recently mentioned in an article in the Birmingham Business Journal for their roles in an industrial transaction on Pinson Valley Parkway.
GW Systems, an engineering, manufacturing and construction firm, acquired 4420 Pinson Valley Parkway. Moss and Bottcher represented the seller, Process Barron, in the deal.
“This was a great transaction to be a part of,” said Moss and Bottcher. “The greater Birmingham market currently has limited crane served space available for sale, which made this an actively pursued asset. We appreciated the opportunity to work for Ken Nolen and Cliff Moss at Process Barron and are pleased with the outcome.”
