In a recent article by the Birmingham Business Journal, John Hardin, CCIM, vice president of office sales and leasing at J.H. Berry & Gilbert, discussed the sale of an office building near Highway 280. The 7,600-square-foot building located at 2000 Resource Drive in Meadow Brook Corporate Park was purchased by local toy company, Alegria. “We are glad this property was able to accommodate the needs of the buyer to serve as the company’s future headquarters,” said Hardin, who represented the seller during the transaction. “The corporate setting and environment of Meadow Brook Corporate Park and the seller’s commitment to keep the property well-maintained helped to sell the building in a timely manner.” The building will be used as Alegria’s new headquarters.
