The Magnolia Financial Center, located at 1025 23rd St. S., was recently purchased for $756,000 by Magnolia Property LLC. John Hardin, CCIM, vice president of office sales and leasing, and Cooper Smith, leasing and brokerage associate, of J.H. Berry & Gilbert represented the owner. John was recently quoted in an article by the Birmingham Business Journal regarding the transaction. The three story, 17,000-square-foot building will be managed by Omega TechProperty and Bill Slappey of Magnolia Property LLC will serve as the managing member. Read article.
