Ken Findley, vice president of J.H. Berry & Gilbert, was quoted in the print edition of the Birmingham Business Journal on Friday, April 1, 2016, regarding Southern Company’s lease at the Colonnade. Ken stated that he has worked with Southern Co. for the past six years on this project, with the help of Philip Currie, SIOR, CCIM, MBA, president, of J.H. Berry, the past 14 months. Southern Company’s two subsidiaries, Southern Nuclear and Southern Power, as well as two of the company’s departments, Engineering and Construction Services and Fleet Operations and Training will occupy 669,438 square feet of the Colonnade South and Colonnade North buildings.
