Ambiance, a local clothing and home décor retailer, has moved to downtown Homewood at 2808 18th St. S., a space previously occupied by Hillcrest Furniture. Cooper Smith, leasing and brokerage associate, and William M. Gunn, SIOR, CCIM senior vice president, represented the building owner in this transaction.
