These appraisal and valuation services include: retrospective and current valuations for estate settlement purposes, asset analysis for income-producing properties, estimation of liquidation/disposition values of distressed and/or bank-owned special asset properties, marketability and market analyses, and market rental rate and feasibility analyses.
We have experience in a variety of commercial property types including: office, health care, retail, restaurant, industrial, multi-family, institutional, special purpose and vacant land parcels throughout Alabama. Our expertise is focused in the central Alabama area with a concentration on the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa markets. The director of J.H. Berry’s Appraisal and Valuation division holds his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
