Smith and Gunn Facilitate Move of Event Planning Company to Design District

In a recent transaction, Cooper Smith, leasing and brokerage associate, and William M. Gunn, SIOR, CCIM, senior vice president, brokered the move of GoPro Event Solutions to an office space located at 2921 2^nd Avenue South in the Design District. The new lease was signed on March 8, 2016 and provides GoPro with 3,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. Read article.
