Before joining JH Berry, Errol built a diverse career spanning technology, business operations, hospitality leadership, and entrepreneurship. Prior to immigrating to the United States, he spent nearly a decade building and leading a successful technology consulting business in South Africa, serving hundreds of clients across a wide range of industries. He specialized in helping organizations improve operational efficiency, implement technology solutions, optimize business processes, and strengthen customer service while leading a team of professionals and managing long-term client relationships.
Earlier in his career, Errol held leadership positions within the hospitality industry, where he developed extensive experience in operations management, facilities oversight, budgeting, project management, team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. Interests
Outside of work, Errol enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, tackling hands-on technology and property improvement projects, and continually learning new skills. He also enjoys golf—although, unfortunately, his aspirations of becoming a professional golfer continue to elude him.
