Jake Bottcher, Industrial Brokerage Associate, joined JH Berry in 2019 and specializes in advising owners, users and investors on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial assets through Alabama. Jake brings a deal-oriented approach and focuses on delivering a clear strategy, market knowledge, and execution-driven solutions. By combining data-driven insights, deep industry relationships, and technology, Jake has participated in over 140 industrial transactions totaling over $260 million. Whether looking to lease a 1,500 SF flex space, sell a 200,000 SF manufacturing plant, buy a 500,000 SF distribution center, or anything in-between, Jake has the experience and expertise to advise you and your team to ensure your desired outcome.
Career Experience & Accomplishments
Prior to joining JH Berry, Jake started his career in investment banking for Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, Florida. He worked specifically with industrial building products firms and media companies. Jake was selected to speak as the Industrial Market Expert at the 2024 Birmingham CCIM/NAIOP Market Symposium.
Education
Jake graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in finance, specializing in investment management with a minor in computer science applications.

In his free time, Jake enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Anju. He also enjoys going to the lake, playing golf, hunting, and watching Alabama football.
