Will Hollingsworth, project manager at J.H. Berry and Gilbert, Inc., specializes in handling tenant relations and overseeing tenant and capital improvements across J.H. Berry’s portfolio of owned and managed properties. His work consists of managing financial and operating activities for office, industrial and healthcare properties.
Career Experiences & Accomplishments
Prior to joining J.H. Berry, Will served as general manager for a commercial waste management firm in Atlanta, Amerisouth Recycling and Consulting Services. During his tenure with Amerisouth he successfully increased the company’s net profit margin by reducing operating expenses and increasing inbound material sales volumes. Additionally, Will served as the managing member for Green River Land Holdings LLC, where he executed marketing strategy to identify target investments and oversaw acquisition and disposition.
Will graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in commerce and business administration, with distinction.
Will is on the junior board of directors of Glenwood, Inc., which provides an array of services that are devoted to supporting and treating children and adults impacted by autism spectrum disorder and children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders. He is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association, where he serves on the Birmingham chapter’s board of directors, the Rotaract Club of Birmingham and Boy Scouts of America, receiving the Eagle Scout Award in 2004. Most of his recreational spare time is spent towing his drift boat and fly rod around the Southeast in search of trophy trout.
