The 11,500-square-foot building has open floor plans and currently houses Cayenne Creative and Go Pro Event Solutions. “Second Avenue South and the design district is a prominent area for creative businesses,” Moss told the Birmingham Business Journal of the transaction. “The property offers plentiful parking for its tenants, which can be hard to find for this type of creative office environment.” The new growth follows the recent entrance of several new restaurants and multifamily projects into the area.
