J.H. Berry’s Callan Poellnitz was mentioned in a recent article from the Birmingham Business Journal.
Poellnitz represented TransLoop, a tech-driven logistics company, in its acquisition of new operating space at M2, located at 3501 First Ave. S.
M2 is 70,000-square-foot adaptive reuse development project redesigned for warehouse, office, studio, retail and food and beverage spaces. It opened in 2021 and is currently occupied by Ghost Train Brewing Co., Freshwater Land Trust and Trips for Kids.
