Jerry Hartley, owner of The J. Clyde, recently purchased the historic Signature House to serve as the location for his new brewpub called 5 Points Brewing. Edwin W. Moss, CCIM, CPM executive vice president, facilitated the transaction and was quoted in a Birmingham Business Journal article on May 25, 2016 about his involvement. Renovations to the space will be made while continuing to preserve the integrity and historic nature of the home. 5 Points Brewing is expected to open on The J.
