Philip Currie, president, and John Hardin, vice president of office sales and leasing, were recently mentioned in a Birmingham Business Journal article highlighting the sale of a Pelham office building located at 200 Canyon Park Drive.

The 4,600-square-foot space was purchased by an unnamed investor for $307,000. The buyer plans to lease the building in the marketplace following a full renovation. John Hardin was assisted by Philip Currie in representing the seller in the transaction.
